A very light juice, with very little fructose and highly nutritious thanks to the celery and the apple. Parsley gives a very special flavour, herbal and fresh thanks to the chlorophyll; if you like coriander you can replace it or add it: its particular aroma goes very well with both acidic fruits such as apples and lemons.
- 2 Granny Smith apples (400 g)
- 2 fresh and tender stalks of celery (200 g)
- 1 lemon (175 g)
- About 5-7 stalks of parsley (40 g)
Step by step preparation
- Remove the skin from the lemon so that the white part does not make it bitter. Blend the fruit, celery and parsley in the Slow Juicer Wonderbit and serve.
