Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 140 g frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 1 dash of milk (vegetable or non-vegetable)
  • 1 dash vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 dash of agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

Toppings

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon homemade granola
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Step by step preparation

  • Place the blade accessory, pour all the ingredients into the glass and blend for 20 seconds on speed 6.
  • Add the toppings and enjoy!
