Lemon cake

Within the world of cakes, this is one of the lightest. In addition, we will mix wholemeal flour with refined flour to give it fibre. The key ingredient is the lemon and, very importantly, the grated lemon rind, which will give it a very special touch when you taste it.

Products to prepare it with


  • 3 eggs of size L
  • 1 natural yogurt (25 g)
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 200 g panela sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 g chemical yeast
  • 75 g soft Olive Oil

Step by step preparation

  • Put the whisk accessory in our Chefbot’s glass and add the eggs together with the sugar. Program 4 minutes at speed 5.
  • Open the Chefbot and add the rest of the ingredients. Program 3 minutes at speed 2.
  • Pour the mixture into a 24 cm long mould and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack before eating.
