Nachos with lentil flour

Milling red lentils results in a fine flour, with a mild and pleasant taste. So, with the lentil flour we will be able to enjoy all the benefits of this great legume. This type of flour is highly recommended for all those people who follow vegetarian or gluten-free diets, where they can achieve a high protein intake without any problems.

Ingredients

  • 200 g red lentils
  • 80 ml water
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 g salt 2 g
  • 2,5 g garlic powder

Instructions

  • Put the blade accessory in the glass. Insert the lentils, set 1 minute at speed 10 and close.
  • Open the Chefbot and check that the lentils have been made into flour. If they are missing a little, program another minute at speed 10 and close.
  • Open the Chefbot, add the water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and garlic powder, program the kneading function and close.
  • Remove the dough with the spatula. Smear your hands with oil and arrange the dough between 2 pieces of vegetable paper. Make the dough very thin with the help of a rolling pin and form the nachos into triangles.
  • Bake at 190ºC for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with sauces to taste and store in an airtight glass jar.
