SPINACH WITH BÉCHAMEL

Spinach is a very healthy food and today we are going to make it with béchamel. A delicious recipe with vegetables for all the members of the family. It’s easy and quick, perfect to include in our weekly menu.

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 50 g flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 300 g spinach
  • 400 g milk
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  • Open the Chefbot and insert the blade accessory. Put the garlic in and program 50 seconds at speed 5.
  • Open the lid and pour the oil into the glass. Program 3 minutes at 70ºC and speed 1.
  • Open the robot and place the spinach in it. Program 50 seconds at speed 5.
  • Open the lid and add the butter, flour, salt and milk. Program 4 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.
  • Stir-fry for 8 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.
  • It is optional to add a poached egg on top of the spinach when serving.
